We are seeking an experienced Administration person to play a lead and diverse role that involves being across a client job from the initial phone enquiry through to coordinating the installation detail, to ensure a timely and successful pool install and high-level client experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities
  • General Reception duties – answering phone calls, resolving customer enquiries
  • General Administration duties - filing, data entry
  • Managing client sales lead enquiries for the Sales person in the CRM
  • Ordering and scheduling the pool shell and equipment required for the job
  • Scheduling the installations and coordinating this with the construction crew and client
  • Identifying opportunities to improve business processes
  • Supporting the Operations team
  • Liaising with other local pool building teams and the Support Office team as required
  • Managing invoicing and accounts payable/receivable
  • Stock Management
  • Book flights, accommodation and travel needs, as required
