Job Description
The Receptionist / Administration Assistant plays a key role in supporting daily college operations, coordinating communications, and maintaining accurate student documentation in line with organisational requirements.
Duties
Duties of a Receptionist/ Administration Assistant can vary:
- Responding to enquiries in person, via phone, and by email
- Performing general administrative tasks including filing, typing, copying, scanning, and document preparation
- Assisting with student applications, enrolments, intakes, and orientation activities
- Managing and monitoring the student attendance system and maintaining accurate records for statutory reporting requirements
- Updating and maintaining student information within the student management system
- Organising and maintaining student academic and administrative files
- Supporting the coordination of student registration and induction processes
- Undertaking general office duties as required
To be successful you will have:
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with flexibility and efficiency
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail with effective time management abilities
- Proficient computer skills, including strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Other:
- The ability to communicate in more than one language is highly regarded, supporting effective engagement with a diverse international student cohort
