We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Support Specialist to join our team and provide essential administrative support across various functions at our Slacks Creek store. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Hours 8.30AM-5.00PM Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth business operations Adhere to policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines in all administrative tasks Assist with data entry, documentation, filing, and other clerical duties as needed Provide excellent customer services to members in person and over the phone Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency About you: Ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision Strong time management skills with an excellent attendance record Flexible approach to working hours to meet business needs Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset Why join RACQ?
