We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic collectibles dealer and auction house. The candidate will provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This role requires proficiency in various administrative tasks, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Experience with clerical duties is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A keen attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of work.
  • Knowledge of Photoshop, Social media or SEO would be an advantage
