  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of operational documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
  • Optimise operational workflows and facilitate communication between different departments to ensure alignment on operational support and delegation
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Analysis, segmentation and trend spotting for weekly and monthly reports
  • Assist in the preparation and organisation of documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Audit onboarding and compliance documents such as right to work, health questionnaires, contracts and handbook
  • General admin and diary planning
