Responsibilities

An exciting opportunity exists in our Statutory Compensation Management group for a Part-time Administration Assistant (3 days per week). We are looking for someone with a good level of attention to detail, an ability to multi task and work autonomously in a busy team environment.

As a key addition to this team, some of your responsibilities will include:

  • High volume file management (including opening and closing files, electronic filing)
  • Rounds duties (including offsite copying)
  • Management of team’s court diary
  • Distribution of daily court lists
  • Assisting with preparation of court documents
  • Assisting with end of month billing
  • Other ad hoc duties as required
