JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly organised and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, a outgoing, friendly demeanour, and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy office environment.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous 1-2 years of experience in an administrative is required
  • Proficiency in using computerised systems (ex Windows Office, Google Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, Stripe etc) is required.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent typing skills with attention to detail are essential.
  • A friendly disposition with strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients and colleagues alike.

  • Live within close proximity to our clinic to reduce the carbon footprint of transport
