Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the QLD Sales Manager, this role is responsible for supporting InfraBuild Reinforcing’s Sales and Bid team with a range of administrative support activities. This role will also offer the opportunity for hybrid work arrangements following initial training.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the Sales team
  • Developing and maintaining customer pricing structures aligned with business objectives
  • Crafting tailored customer quotes that reflect value, accuracy and responsiveness to client needs
  • Managing contract job setups to support project delivery and compliance
  • Administering and optimising the Sales Hub System
  • Maintaining up to date pricing documents
  • Preparing insightful sales reports and dynamic presentations
