Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Administration Assistant for Recycling at InfraBuild is responsible for supporting the trading operations by ensuring accurate and timely administration of pricing, reporting, and compliance tasks. The role focuses on maintaining data integrity, managing communication with internal and external stakeholders, and contributing to efficient trading operations within the recycling business. This position demands a high level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
This role can be based out of our Laverton or Dandenong site.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Prepare and maintain regular reports on trading activities, including pricing updates, volumes and compliance metrics
  • Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers and internal teams regarding trading-related enquiries
  • Calculate and format pricing spreadsheets using standardised formulas and formatting rules
  • Distribute pricing information to internal stakeholders and suppliers, ensuring accurate and timely communication
  • Ensure automated and manual communications are sent promptly to suppliers and customers
  • Maintain accurate records within spreadsheets and trading systems
  • Support compliance initiatives by preparing relevant documentation and responding to audit queries
  • Apply and reinforce all InfraBuild policies and procedures relating to the management of Health and Safety values to employees and customers
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
