Target FM are looking for an Administration Assistant to join our growing team.

Target-FM offer National Reactive maintenance, PPM & Compliance Services, Account Management; as well as Project Management, delivered by our 24/7 Helpdesk and operational team based in Livingston.

As an Administration Assistant with Target-FM, you will be an essential part of the operational structure and key to the successful growth of the business.

SKILLS REQUIRED

· Experience working in an office environment.
· Excellent written and verbal communication.
· Computer literate with experience working with Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word.
· Experience working in maintenance or facilities management is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

· Point of contact for clients and suppliers via telephone and email.
· Collation of supplier reporting assisting the wider operations team.
· Updating and closing of reactive, PPM and quoted works on our CAFM system, along with updating clients and client portals in real time when required.
· Book engineer visits directly with the clients’ sites, ensuring attendance at a convenient time.
· Collation of weekly/monthly client overview reports.
· Type up quotations and uplift requests for clients pending management sign off.
