We are recruiting for an Administration Assistant join the team at Founders House, which provides supported accommodation in Whitechapel, London, for up to 123 single men experiencing homelessness.
As an employee of the Salvation Army, you will promote our values in all that you do. The role of Administration Assistant is central to supporting the successful running of Founders House, one of the Salvation Army’s largest ‘Lifehouses’ delivering homeless services in the UK.

As well as general administrative duties, you will be working very closely with the Facilities and Administration Coordinator providing administrative support including:

  • Buildings maintenance ensuring that void rooms are made ready to let within target;
  • Budgeting and invoice processing;
  • Buildings compliance and certification;
  • Purchasing;
  • Health & Safety;
  • Performance reporting.
