We are looking for a proactive and organised Administration Assistant to join our London office. This role is a perfect opportunity for someone with previous administrative experience with good communication, written and IT skills.

Responsibilities
  • Providing administrative service to include opening new files, filing, archiving, photocopying, file management, basic finance duties, some typing services and other administration tasks as delegated by members of the Team and London office.
  • Monitoring stationary levels.
  • Booking meeting rooms.
  • Franking post and delivering to central post room or to the Post Office.
  • Organising couriers both in the UK and overseas for the delivery of documents.
  • Organising repairs to office equipment.
  • Liaising with staff visiting from other offices and organising visitors’ passes.
