JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administration assistant to assist with the daily operations of our family run business based in Ferndown. The ideal candidate will be responsible for general administrative tasks and processes. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a productive work environment and facilitating effective team collaboration.

SKILLS

  • Proven experience in administrative roles
  • General computer literacy and working knowledge of Microsoft programs is essential
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Xero for financial management tasks preferred
  • Experience in schedule management and calendar coordination
  • Familiarity with general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
  • Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
    This position is essential for maintaining an efficient office environment while supporting the overall goals of our business.
