JOB SUMMARY:

The Administration Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support in managing property sales, remortgages, and related tasks within the property management sector. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with internal processes while delivering high standards of service.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Relevant experience in property management administration or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven experience handling high volumes of administrative tasks.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

SKILLS:

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Capability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities:

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage KPIs, including income generation for administrative activities.
  • Participate in team, departmental, and corporate project planning processes as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with Data Protection legislation and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Undertake additional tasks as reasonably assigned by the employer.
