Key duties include providing comprehensive administrative support, from handling mail and managing office and pantry inventory to procuring essential supplies. This position also involves assisting with company events and executing special projects. We are seeking a proactive, organized, and reliable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to contributing to our team's efficiency and success. What You'll Be Doing Support administrative operations and assist with team tasks to ensure efficiency. Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception and common areas. Handle daily mail and courier distributions promptly and accurately. Procure office supplies and pantry items to meet team needs. Assist in planning and executing company events and activities. Perform receptionist duties, including greeting guests and handling inquiries. Monitor and replenish pantry supplies to ensure availability. Update and maintain inventory records for office supplies and equipment. Execute ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned by management. Handle staff card printing and distribution efficiently. Who We're Looking For Prior experience in an administrative or reception role is a plus. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with team members and guests professionally. Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). A proactive attitude and willingness to contribute to a dynamic work environment.
