JOB SUMMARY

Wormald is seeking a permanent part-time Administrator to join our friendly team in Karratha based on a 2-3 days per week arrangement.

Specific accountabilities include, but are not limited to:-

  • Developing a sound knowledge and understanding of company processes to ensure clear and concise information is conveyed to clients
  • Receiving, raising and following-up on service calls
  • Preparing documentation, service docket pricing, purchase orders and reports
  • Conducting complaint investigations and resolutions into client queries
  • Despatching technicians to meet client requirements
  • Assisting with payroll timesheet submissions
  • Procurement
  • General administration duties, as require
Responsibilities

A great opportunity exists for a permanent part-time Administrator to join our Karratha team. We are looking for a candidate who can work 2-3 days per week – a perfect work/life balance arrangement. This role is pivotal in supporting the branch and providing high-quality interaction with both our internal and external clients.
