We pride ourselves on our commitment to efficiency, reliability, and customer satisfaction. We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Administration Assistant to join our team.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in a similar administrative or transport-related role
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • A proactive and customer-focused approach to work
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
  • Must be office-based and have access to own transport
Responsibilities
  • Processing fuel orders onto bespoke system
  • Reconciling supplier invoices & purchase orders
  • Make outgoing calls to suppliers & customers
  • Pricing customers
  • Providing proof of deliveries to customers
  • Input new data on bespoke system
  • General administration duties
  • Any other adhoc tasks requested by management
