ADMINISTRATION BACK OFFICE STAFF

To support the quick business growth and provide the best service to our customers, we are looking for a candidate as a Administration Back office Staff who is willing to grow with the COMER family. He/She will be under the administration officer and will provide the highest standards of direct assistance and support to the whole office.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Professional experience in a similar position (2 years)
  • Bachelor degree o equivalent;
  • Italian and English (fluent);
  • Full professional proficiency with Excel;
  • Good knowledge of computer tools;
  • Proactive approach, and high degree of autonomy;
  • Well organizational and communication skills;
  • Time management and ability to identify priorities;
  • Accuracy, attention to details and problem solving;
  • Confidentiality and discretion;
  • Ability to work under-pressure.

Responsibilities

The role will be focused on the activities listed below, but not limited to:

  • Control and register invoices of suppliers/customers
  • Supporting the sales office with export issues related to invoices or documents
  • Produce/Control/Send Electronic Invoices xml files
  • Manage petty cash
  • Support in managing and coordinating internal and external communication
  • Register and maintain assets data
  • Assist the General Manager with office issues
