POSITION

Bulgari Spa, within the A&P Investment & Governance department based in Rome, is searching for an Advertising & Promotion Budget Analyst.
The selected person will actively and constantly support the Global Marketing and Communications Department in the achievement of business goals, building a “numeric” culture within the team and a KPI oriented model in A&P Investments.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Act as a project manager , coordinating all activities needed to optimize A&P investments, in order to enhance business performance and guarantee governance;
  • Be a reliable stakeholder for both marketing & communication and finance teams, as well as for top management, providing adequate, accurate and on time analysis on marketing and communications performance;
  • Provide meaningful, actionable insights, advice, and recommendations on historic and future marketing and communication performance to the company leadership;
  • Monitor Period Performance and Execution of marketing&communication projects and routines;
  • Explain, present and analyze the A&P performance of the Company, transforming information into insights and actionable decisions;
  • Build-up budget and relevant revisions, preparing the bottom-up by department,according to the established targets and deadlines; give strategic advice on the cost saving and margin improvement;
  • Be responsible of corporate and local reporting of the company and the coordination of the reporting for all areas, according to deadlines; develop appropriate ad-hoc reporting satisfying specific information needs;
  • Understand firm systems and data to assess implications of operational changes on reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in the finance department - experience abroad will be considered a plus;
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis techniques;
  • Analytical skills to plan and analyze business performance;
  • Strong numerical ability supported by business awareness;
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
