Administration & Case Support Worker
Provide a welcoming reception and admin support to our Housing Supports teams. Make a positive difference in clients’ lives, acting as the primary source of info and advice for our Tenancy Advocacy & Support programs, located in Morwell 3840

About the Role:

  • Provide a welcoming and professional first point of contact for all clients, visitors, and staff in person and over the phone.
  • Offer crucial administrative support to the Tenancy Advocacy & Support team and other Teams within Quantum as required, including managing mail, maintaining a tidy reception area, and assisting with various tasks.
  • Act as a primary source of information, advice, and referrals for the Tenancy Advocacy & Support programs.
  • Provide essential case support by assisting with administrative tasks like case notes, completing referral forms, and managing data on the Client Record Management (CRM) system.
  • Help our Housing Supports team meet their program requirements by maintaining accurate records and assisting with assessments and applications.

  • Certificate IV in Business Administration or other related field or equivalent experience. (refer to Position Description).
