CMV Truck Sales & Service is the South Australian distributor for the Kenworth and DAF range of trucks, providing quality parts and service for the full range of Kenworth and DAF products. About the Role
This is your chance to become part of a friendly team working to support the operations of a busy truck service department. We are seeking to appoint an outstanding Service Administration Assistant who is reliable and displays a can-do attitude. This position will report to the Service Administration Manager and be responsible for providing sound administration support to the service department.

Duties & responsibilities include

  • Fully pre-cost all repair orders
  • Answer telephone promptly, screen and direct calls in a professional manner
  • Promptly attend to any service bookings that are made via email / internet / telephone
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Produce accurate invoices in a timely manner ensuring clear explanation of works completed
  • Ensure accuracy of customer, vehicle and billing details
  • Detail recommendations for further repair works and/or wear reports
  • Cost all warranty jobs daily and communicate with the Assistant Service Manager accordingly
  • Provide support to all technicians to ensure service reports provide the required explanations of repair work completed as per manufacturers guidelines

Skills & Experience

  • Exceptional computer literacy skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills essential
  • Invoicing and administration experience beneficial
  • Attention to detail and sound organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Previous dealership experience an advantage but not essential
