About the role
CMV Group has an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented Administration Clerk to become part of our professional and friendly team on a part-time basis (5 days per week, 30.4 hours) based in our new head office situated in Wayville, SA.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct regular routine administrative functions (such as banking, mail, stationery) and provide general clerical support for Group Administration Managers as required.
  • Greet visitors, answer telephone, screen and direct calls in a professional manner.
  • Accurately process basic financial transactions.
  • Monitor office equipment and coordinate the replenishment of office supplies.
  • Coordinate facilities management services (plumber, air conditioning etc.)
  • Coordinate travel bookings on behalf of Group Office staff as required.
  • Coordinate Group Office activities from time to time and as requested by management.
  • Coordinate Group Office morning teas, including calendar invites and catering.
