Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual for the position of Administration Clerk to join our team and work from our Warwick Farm Office on a full time basis. The successful applicant will predominately support the overflow of the tasks throughout the Accounts Payable team as well as having assigned set daily tasks which are essential to the function of the accounts team and our franchise operations.

THE ROLE WILL INVOLVE THE FOLLOWING:

  • Assist with processing of daily banking, eftpos allocations, ensuring accuracy and following up discrepancies.
  • Data entry of CTP/ Registration
  • Sort and distribution of various documents as also referred to above for scanning and electronic and physical filing.
  • Ordering of various forms of stationary for the group, to ensure the stock of such items is always in supply.
  • Additionally, and not limited to, assisting other team members with administration tasks.
