Responsibilities
  • Checking drivers hours against the automated system, inputting bonus payments and ad hoc payments
  • Update and maintain holiday rota, ensuring all holiday, sickness and other duties are entered
  • Calculating agency usage and updating agency systems
  • Inputting costings in to the accounts sheet on a weekly basis
  • Entering KPIs for the weekly period reports
  • Raising purchase orders via the Oracle syste
