The Role: The Administration Coordinator supports the Junior School administration and teaching and learning programs across ELC to Year 6 at the Donvale and Kew campuses. A strong focus of the role is communication with families, collaborating with the administration team, data entry, mailbox management and liaising with stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of the School. This position will work across both the Donvale and Kew Junior School Campuses. It is a full-time position for 2 years, reporting to the Operations Manager - Junior School. The position works term-time and an additional three weeks, totalling 42 weeks per year. The Person: To be successful in this position, you will have: Qualifications in administration or demonstrated experience in a similar administration focused role Strong Microsoft Suite skills Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Proven ability to adapt and manage competing priorities Strong interpersonal skills with the demonstrated ability to relate well to students, parents and staff Ability to use initiative Previous experience using Synergetic, Compass, Consent2Go and Canvas will be highly regarded A valid Employee Working with Children Check is a requirement of employment for this position.
