The Administration Coordinator supports the Junior School administration and teaching and learning programs across ELC to Year 6 at the Kew Campus A strong focus of the role is communication with families, collaborating with the administration team, data entry, mailbox management and liaising with stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of the School. This is a fixed term position for a period of 2 years at 0.6 FTE. It is required throughout the term-time and an additional 3 weeks, totalling 42 weeks per year. The Person: To be successful in this position, you will have: Qualifications in administration or demonstrated experience in a similar administration focused role Strong Microsoft Suite skills Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Proven ability to adapt and manage competing priorities Strong interpersonal skills with the demonstrated ability to relate well to students, parents and staff Ability to use initiative Previous experience using Synergetic, Compass, Consent2Go and Canvas will be highly regarded A valid Employee Working with Children's Check is a requirement for employment in this position.
