We are currently seeking an Administration Coordinator to be the operational backbone of the school’s Customer Experience function — turning accurate data, well-run coordination, and timely communication into a consistently positive experience for prospective and existing families. The role exists to make sure that every parent enquiry, interaction, and event is handled promptly and professionally, and captured for follow-up, so that responsiveness and quality are never left to chance. By keeping feedback, enquiry, and engagement processes running reliably, the post-holder frees the Parent Relations Executive and CX Manager to focus on relationships and resolution.
Responsibilities
Acts as the operational backbone of the Customer Experience function by managing parent enquiries, interactions, and events. Ensures all data is accurately captured and communication is handled professionally to support the Parent Relations Executive and CX Manager.
