Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As the Administrative Coordinator, you’ll be the backbone of our day-to-day operations. From managing accounts receivable and reconciling sales to processing memberships and supporting tournaments, you’ll play a central role in ensuring financial processes run smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll work closely with management, members, and guests, keeping financial records accurate and communications seamless.

SOME OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Manage accounts receivable and assist with accounts payable, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.
  • Reconcile daily sales from the pub, pro shop, and events.
  • Prepare tip and gratuity reports and ensure accurate distribution.
  • Process memberships, renewals, and resignations while maintaining accurate records.
  • Support tournaments and events by tracking contracts, processing payments, and coordinating details.
  • Provide reporting, budgeting, and forecasting support to management.
  • Assist with inventory tracking, supplier invoicing, and stock reconciliation.
  • Provide administrative support for newsletters, website updates, and member communications.
  • Maintain office systems and provide general administrative support to management.
