Responsibilities

This position is responsible for the oversight and coordination of high customer service and administration functions across the Community Health sites. It is integral to local planning for service delivery, implementation and coordination of facility requirements, customer services and administration within the designated area. A focus of this role ensures the administration team supports a high-quality consumer experience which is embedded the principles of access and the consumer being at the forefront of their care. It will also ensure daily work allocation amongst the administration teams occurs in an effective and efficient manner.
