Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Administration Coordinator, you will provide essential day-to-day administrative support and coordination, enabling the team and wider service to effectively deliver on work programmes. This role will include a wide variety of tasks, such as purchasing supplies, processing invoices, coordinating fleet car bookings for the district and handling reception duties. This is a permanent full-time opportunity located in: Waikato/ Bay of Plenty

As an Administration Coordinator, you will be pro-active and enthusiastic individual who works well as part of a team but can use your initiative and work independently when needed. You will be required to work with a range of teams and audiences in this role so you will need to be an excellent communicator who is able to engage with stakeholders and network across the NPHS Te Manawa Taki regional teams and the wider organisation.

  • A relevant tertiary qualification or comparable experience
  • Minimum 3 years in office administration experience supporting a manager and team
  • Experience in implementing Te Tiriti o Waitangi in action
  • Proven experience in office administration and/or coordination
  • Understanding & experience working in partnership with Pacific communitie
