Job Summary: IFC Certification is looking for an Administration Coordinator to join their friendly and fast-paced admin team. In this role, you will support our inspectors and auditors in delivering certification services while providing exceptional customer service. As an Administration Coordinator, you will help process client applications, maintain accurate records, and support both internal teams and external clients.

  • Handle new enquiries from existing and potential clients
  • Process client applications from initial enquiry to certification award
  • Provide customer service support across all clients
  • Support auditors, inspectors, and subcontractors with projects as needed
  • Maintain accurate client records on the company’s system and website portal database
  • Answer and manage incoming calls

Do you have what it takes?:

  • Experience in a similar administration role
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems desirable
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Competent across Microsoft Office packages
  • High level of numeracy and literacy
  • Ability to work independently with strong time management skills

What can you expect from us in return?:
