GREEN SHOOTS ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR

Contract: 44 weeks per year (term time + additional weeks)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:15am – 4:00pm (30 minutes lunch)
Reports to: Executive School Business Manager

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & QUALITIES

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy office environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with IT systems.
