COMPANY OVERVIEW

To organize, input and file the income and expenditure on excel spreadsheets and filing electronic and paper invoice. Completing weekly payroll and paying employees suppliers including account reconciliation.
Full training is provided however you must be able to use excel to a high standard to deal with complex formulas and tables.

Responsibilities.

  • Payroll
  • Communicate with suppliers and contractors in relation to invoicing.
  • Download bank statements and cross reference against invoices.
  • Prepare payroll figures using excel and bright software. Full training provided.
  • Data entry to nest pensions, training provided.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Higher level of Excel skills.
  • Organizational skills
  • Attention to detail.
  • Work well under pressure.
  • A good understanding of excel including formulas.
  • Work independently and manage your own time.
