Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and proactive Admin officer to manage and coordinate all matters related to government departments and general administration. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, knowledge of regulatory procedures, and the ability to handle documentation, official correspondence and overall administrative operations, efficiently and smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Government & Regulatory Coordination Liaison and coordination with government departments and regulatory authorities Handling official documentation, licenses, permits, and renewals Managing compliance-related matters and regulatory submissions Ensuring submission of utility bills and annual tax challans Maintaining proper records of government correspondence and filing Following up on approvals, registrations, and legal documentation Coordinating with internal departments for required documents Ensuring timely completion of all statutory requirements Administrative & Operational Support Provide comprehensive support for general administrative operations as required. Extend administrative and operational assistance to Projects and Business Divisions. Coordinate travel arrangements, oversee fleet management, and manage front desk operations. Evaluate, execute, and monitor facilities repair and maintenance activities, including vendor assessment and ensuring timely completion of work. Manage overall facilities operations to ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure. Oversee security management to maintain a safe and secure working environment. Assist in the implementation of HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies and regularly monitor firefighting equipment. Manage petty cash in accordance with company policies and financial controls. Supervise office facility management to ensure efficiency, compliance, and operational excellence. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a relevant field (preferred) 3–4 years of experience in administration, preferably with exposure to government departments Strong knowledge of local regulatory and compliance procedures Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills Ability to handle confidential and sensitive documents with integrity Proficient in MS Office applications Core Competencies: High level of honesty and integrity Smart worker with strong problem-solving abilities Dedicated, responsible, and result-oriented Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
