Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Administration Executive, you’ll be at the operational heart of our busy agency. This is a demanding and rewarding role where your exceptional organisational skills, proactive mindset and commitment to accuracy will be critical. You’ll work closely with an assigned sales consultant, taking ownership of vital administrative tasks that turn travel dreams into reality.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Costing & Budget Management: Accurately cost tours, ensuring strict adherence to client budgets and company targets.
  • Precise Travel Bookings: Efficiently and accurately book flights and other travel components.
  • Supplier & Client Liaison: Maintain clear, professional communication with suppliers and clients via email/phone.
  • Sales Team Support: Partner seamlessly with an assigned sales consultant, handling all administrative aspects of their client files.
  • File Management: Maintain meticulously organised, complete and up-to-date tour requirements.
  • Multitasking Expertise: Juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment without compromising quality.
  • Technical Proficiency: Utilise Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) daily; quickly learn our booking/CRM systems.
  • Operational Excellence: Process high volumes of emails, data and documentation with precision.
  • Problem Solving: Apply logical thinking and common sense to resolve challenges efficiently.
