Total Tools Elizabeth is looking for a Full Time Administration & Finance Assistant, who has a real passion for tools & trades. This is an exciting opportunity for you to utilise your current skills and experience within a growing and diverse business.
The primary purpose of the position is to provide the highest level of accounting and administration support to enable the store to exceed customer expectations and support meeting the overall store performance levels.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Successful completion of Year 12 – Secondary School

EXPERIENCE:

  • Bookkeeping and Office Administration experience preferred but not essential

SKILLS:

  • Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Organised, methodical and process driven
  • Professional written and verbal communication
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to multitask
