Urgently hiring a FEMALE Administration and Human Resources Officer for Number 1 Care Provider.

We are a compassionate and client-focused disability service provider based in Somerton, Victoria. Our services span across Melbourne, supporting individuals with diverse needs through tailored care and support.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:
1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for clients, staff, and contractors.
2. Ensure all client agreements are completed, signed, and securely stored.
3. Follow up with clients and support workers to collect missing documentation and keep files current.
4. Recruit and screen Disability Support Workers, including advertising, shortlisting, and onboarding.
5. Coordinate with plan managers, support coordinators, and suppliers confidently and professionally.
