We are currently seeking Property Administrator / Rental Coordinator to work with our client in Fredericton, NB.
Our client Based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, is looking for a Property Administrator to cover a 3 month leave in their Fredericton location. Their organization is one of Canada’s largest residential real estate investment trusts, managing a $5.3 billion portfolio of apartments and manufactured home communities. Its growth strategy is built around three key priorities: maximizing earnings from the current portfolio; expanding and diversifying through strategic acquisitions of newer properties while divesting non-core assets; and delivering high-quality developments within its primary markets.
REQUIREMENTS
2-5 years’ experience in a similar role
Ability to think outside the box and take initiative
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Word & Excel. Familiarity with Yardi software is considered an asset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Previous customer service, accounting and/or collections experience is considered an asset
Experience in the property management industry is preferable.
Answering calls & emails, taking messages and handling correspondence
Maintain files, produce correspondence, and monitor special projects
Provide general administrative support and coverage for reception duties: greet tenants, answer phones and redirect calls
Collect outstanding rent
