Job Description As an Administration Intern, you will support the day-to-day administrative operations while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic corporate environment. This role offers exposure to business operations, coordination, documentation, and stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support for daily departmental activities. Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, and filing systems. Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing meeting materials, and taking meeting minutes when required. Maintain and update databases, trackers, and administrative records. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth administrative processes. Assist in preparing presentations and business correspondence. Support other operational and administrative tasks assigned by the team. Qualifications Final-year student or Fresh Graduate in Business Administration, Management, or related disciplines. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently and collaboratively. Will to be placed in Jakarta
