Description
Overview We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administration Intern to support our Operations Department. This internship offers hands-on experience in retail operations, administrative coordination, and business reporting within a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in tabulating commissions, employee attendance, and staff shifts for payroll submission Support reconciliation of payments, invoices, and daily sales closing Provide general clerical and administrative support to the Operations team Assist in updating and managing system data (e.g., mall systems, loyalty points) Support inventory handling, including checking incoming and outgoing deliveries at HQ Participate in stock audits at outlets and headquarters Help compile and prepare sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly) Assist in coordinating communication between HQ and retail outlets Support day-to-day operational tasks and administrative duties Assist with ad-hoc assignments and projects as required Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field Basic understanding or interest in retail operations is an advantage Strong numerical and data entry skills Good organizational and time management abilities Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive Good communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to learn and take initiative Able to work flexible hours when required (including weekends, if needed)
