We’re looking for an Admin Level 3 to become an integral part of our school’s team. If you thrive in a busy office setting, enjoy supporting both staff and students, and have excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!As Admin Level 3, you will be at the heart of our school’s day-to-day operations, providing essential support to ensure everything runs smoothly. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Frontline Support: Be the first point of contact in the school office, greeting visitors, pupils, and staff in a friendly and professional manner. Handle telephone and face-to-face enquiries, ensuring all queries are resolved effectively.
  • Administrative Excellence: Use a range of ICT packages to manage administrative tasks efficiently, from maintaining databases to preparing management reports that support key decision-making.
  • Event Organisation: Assist with scheduling and planning school events and meetings, including booking travel for senior colleagues. You may also be required to take minutes and keep accurate meeting records.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of our administrative procedures, helping to ensure the seamless operation of support services.
  • Stock Management: Oversee office supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained, and that your colleagues have everything they need to succeed.
