Company Description Working closely with our General Manager and Operations Managers, the Administration Manager plays a key role behind the scenes, ensuring that all figures are accurate and operations run smoothly. Our dedicated cluster team, responsible for both Zurich hotels, is looking forward to welcoming you on board. A 4-day work week can be arranged for a full-time position. Job Description How does your working day look like.. In cooperation with the central accounting department at the head office, you will be responsible for accounts receivable and accounts payable management, processing reminder lists, and handling everything related to the verification and account assignment of incoming invoices You will check the daily closings, manage the cash registers, and prepare the monthly closings, including inventory and provisions As a financial genius, you will be available to advise and support all employees and act as the interface between the General Manager and the Finance Department at the head office. You will keep a close eye on the figures with eagle eyes and precision so that even the smallest deviation is detected. You will coordinate the preparation of the hotel budget and the evaluation of reports for the monthly finance meetings together with the General Manager. Among other things, you will work with the systems IPM and Sun Fiesta Qualifications Your personality counts more than your CV... You have several years of professional experience in accounting, ideally in the hotel or restaurant industry, and are fluent in English as well as German. You are accurate, service-oriented, and a team player, providing optimal support to your colleagues in the jungle of numbers. You can inspire your colleagues and have good self-management skills.
