Description

We are a leading, independent family run estate agent with a modern approach to selling property. Proudly recognised as the number one selling agent in Lancashire, we credit our continued success to our impeccable personalised service, professional expertise, and genuine for property.
As our current Administration Manager steps away on maternity leave, we are looking to recruit a highly capable and motivated Administration Manager to join our team on a fixed-term basis (minimum 18-months) at our Head Office in Chorley. This position is initially offered as a fixed-term contract, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. This is a key role in our business and presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced Admin Manager or Senior Administrator ready to take the next step in their career within a thriving, supportive company.
As Administration Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our administration and onboarding teams, ensuring the smooth, efficient running of our Head Office. You’ll be responsible for leading and supporting the admin function, driving operational improvements, and working closely with senior leadership to implement new procedures and strategies.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that demands strong organisational and leadership skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence. It’s ideally suited to someone who thrives on variety, embraces responsibility, and is eager for a challenge. While estate agency experience is an advantage, it’s not essential. We’re looking for a proven and capable administrator who can lead a team, juggle diverse tasks, meet deadlines, and bring the right attitude and initiative to a senior-level position.

APPLICANTS MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:-

  • Proven experience in a Senior Administrator, Office manager, or Administration Manager role is essential.
  • Experience within the property or estate agency sector is desirable but not required.

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent IT skills, with advanced knowledge of Excel and Microsoft office.
  • Confident in compiling and analysing data and producing detailed reports.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Practically minded, hands on with a desire to drive success.
  • Exceptional organisation and administrative skills with the ability to prioritise own workload.
  • Ability to adapt and learn new tools and techniques, and willingness to embrace opportunities for change.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
If you’re looking for a rewarding role in a fast-paced environment where you can make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you. Please submit your CV via Indeed. The closing date for this vacancy is the 4th July 2025.
