With a focus on providing an exceptional customer experience, LEVEL is committed to delivering top-notch service and exceeding the expectations of their passengers Job Purpose We are seeking an experienced Administration Manager with a strong external audit background, deep knowledge of IFRS, and solid expertise in internal control environments, to lead and oversee the integrity, control, and efficiency of cost-related administrative and accounting processes. This role is designed for professionals with 7–10 years of experience, ideally including Big Four audit experience, ensuring a robust cost control framework within a multinational and shared services environment. Experience in the aviation industry will be considered a valuable asset, given the complexity of cost structures and operational expenditure in the sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in safeguarding accounting integrity, supervising Global Business Services (GBS), supporting audits, and strengthening the internal control framework, with a strong emphasis on operating costs, supplier processes, and balance sheet accuracy. Main Responsibilities - Tasks Cost Accounting & IFRS Oversight Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of cost-related accounting records, accruals, and provisions in compliance with IFRS and internal accounting policies. Act as a technical reference for IFRS matters affecting costs, including expense recognition, provisions, leases, capitalization vs. expensing, and cut-off criteria. Review significant cost estimates, judgments, and accounting positions, ensuring consistency and audit defensibility. Internal Control & Risk Management (Cost Focus) Design, implement, and maintain a robust internal control framework over cost-related processes. Perform ongoing risk assessments across Procure to Pay (P2P), Record to Report (RtR), Treasury, and other cost-driven processes. Ensure proper controls over supplier master data, purchase approvals, invoice validation, accruals, and payments. Drive continuous improvement of cost controls, ensuring efficiency while maintaining a strong risk coverage. Oversight of GBS & Process Supervision Oversee administrative and accounting activities related to supplier accounting and operating costs performed by Global Business Services (GBS). Act as the primary point of contact and escalation for cost-related, operational, and control matters between the company and GBS. Ensure proper documentation, audit trails, segregation of duties, and process traceability across all cost-related processes. Audit Leadership & Compliance Lead and coordinate internal and external audits, with particular focus on costs, accruals, provisions, and balance sheet substantiation. Ensure ongoing audit readiness through proper documentation and control testing. Review audit findings related to costs, define remediation plans, and ensure timely closure of all actions. Cost Governance & Process Improvement Monitor cost-related processes to ensure compliance with contracts, and policy requirements. Identify inefficiencies, control gaps, or risk exposures within administrative processes and propose corrective actions. Lead initiatives to optimize cost processes, leveraging audit best practices and internal control insights. Promote ownership, accountability, and rigor across cost-related administrative activities. Education Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Experience 7–10 years of professional experience, including external audit experience, ideally in a Big Four firm. Strong hands-on experience with IFRS, particularly in areas affecting costs and balance sheet. Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory position. Experience in multinational and shared services environments is highly valued. Experience in the aviation industry is considered a desirable plus. Competencies Strong technical knowledge of IFRS, accounting principles, and audit methodologies. Deep understanding of cost structures, expense controls, and balance sheet integrity. Solid expertise in internal control frameworks and risk management. High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to manage complexity and multiple stakeholders in a matrix environment. Leadership mindset with strong communication and influencing skills. Languages English: C1 level (mandatory).
