Job Description We are on the lookout for a proactive, detail-oriented, full-time Administration Manager to join our retail Administration Team. If you are passionate about providing seamless administrative support and thriving in a fast-paced environment, this role is perfect for you. Reporting to the Sales Manager & State Administration Manager, and located at our Adelaide showroom, as the Administration Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of the dealership, including providing administrative support to our site. Your willingness to learn, positive attitude, and strong organisational skills will be essential. Qualifications This role will see you: Manage tolls and fines Banking Sort through the mail and allocate Input supplier invoices Record Roadworthy Certificate (RWC) information for each vehicle Provide administrative assistance for all aftercare sales transactions Follow up on outstanding information related to vehicle sales Organise and maintain dealership records, which include signed sales contracts and documents. You will also have proven abilities in the following: Willingness to learn and grow A can-do attitude Self-motivated and well-organised High attention to detail Able to work autonomously and in a team environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Advanced data entry skills Experience in the automotive industry is desirable but not essential and full training will be provided to the successful applicant Additional Information The Perks Access to fully funded Employee Assistance Program.
