What this job involves: We’re looking for a personable, professional and proactive Administration Manager to join our team based onsite at a shopping centre in Norwest! In this varied and busy role, you’ll manage and control accounts receivables and payables, and administration within the Centre Management team. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient running of all office functions. You will oversee the budgeting process and assist the team to work within budgetary constraints with reporting responsibilities to the Client. A snapshot of the role: Provide all necessary financial support to the Centre Management team Ensure timely accurate reporting, forecasting and analysis to allow informed decision making Manage retailer and tenant issues Ensure Tenancy Schedule is accurate and kept up to date Assist in pursuit and receipt of outstanding rental arrears Sound like you? Responsibilities

This varied and busy role involves managing and controlling accounts receivables and payables, and overseeing administration within the Centre Management team to ensure efficient office functions.
