JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Administration Manager to oversee the daily administrative operations of our organization. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient office management, supervising administrative staff, implementing procedures, and supporting various departments with administrative services.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative or office management roles.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • Knowledge of administrative policies, procurement, and office systems.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently under pressure.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience in facility management and vendor negotiation.
  • Basic understanding of budgeting and financial reports.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations and office management.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of administrative staff (receptionists, clerks, office assistants, etc.).
  • Develop and implement administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, maintenance, and inventory control.
  • Organize and maintain office records, contracts, and confidential documents.
  • Handle facility management tasks including liaising with vendors, building management, and service providers.
  • Coordinate company events, meetings, and internal communications.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the office.
  • Manage administrative budgets and monitor expenses.
  • Support HR and Finance departments with administrative tasks when required.
  • Oversee travel arrangements, visa processing, and accommodation for staff and executives.
