We are seeking an experienced and responsible Administration Manager to oversee the company’s daily administrative operations and facility management. The role ensures an efficient, organized, and professional working environment that provides strong support to both employees and business operations. Job Responsibilities Administration & Policy Development Develop, refine, and implement administrative policies, procedures, and standards. Manage office planning, space utilization, and daily maintenance. Oversee office supplies, fixed assets, and cost control initiatives. Logistics & General Services Manage shuttle services, cleaning, security, catering, vehicles, and dormitory operations. Organize meetings, visitor receptions, employee events, and large company gatherings. Coordinate business travel, accommodation, and office equipment logistics. Develop and implement contingency plans to ensure safety and business continuity. External Coordination & Compliance Maintain positive relationships with landlords, government agencies, and vendors. Support compliance in fire safety, environmental protection, and workplace safety. Manage outsourcing vendors, monitor contract execution, and assess service quality. Team Management & Budget Control Lead, train, and develop the administrative team to ensure effective performance. Prepare and manage the annual administrative budget, ensuring cost efficiency. Promote office automation, process optimization, and digital management tools. Culture & Employee Experience Plan and organize annual events, team-building activities, and employee engagement programs. Enhance internal communication and foster a positive, professional, and efficient workplace culture. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Administration, Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in administrative management, including at least 1 year in team leadership. Strong knowledge of administrative systems, office operations, and cost control. Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle pressure effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office and common administrative management tools. Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
