  • Excellent IT skills, particularly all the Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Excel, Word, MS Teams & SharePoint.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Good business awareness with sensitivity to highly confidential information.
  • Well organised with the ability to prioritise workload and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Interpersonal skills demonstrated by an ability to liaise confidently and effectively with managers, both orally and through written communication.
