Working closely with our operations and management teams, you'll play an important role in ensuring our projects and workforce are supported efficiently and professionally.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being organised, solving problems, keeping things running smoothly and supporting a busy team.
The Role – Administration Officer
The successful candidate will assist with a variety of administrative and operational duties, including:
- Assist the Timesheets Officer to validate, enter and assist with the approval of employee timesheets
- Assist with weekly payroll calculations, adjustments and balancing
- Investigate and resolve timesheet queries with employees and managers
- Liaise with employees and client representatives to ensure work hours are accurately recorded and maintained
- Assist the Mobilisation Officer with onboarding and compliance requirements, including processing personnel and plant for client sites
- Coordinate pre-employment and ongoing medical assessments
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation and transport logistics as required
- Maintain accurate personnel records and ensure client portal information is kept up to date
- Data entry and general accounts and administrative duties as required
- Manage office, stationery and kitchen supplies, including purchasing and collection when required
- Maintain accurate administrative files, rosters and data systems
- Provide general administrative support to the operations and management teams as required
Key Selection Criteria
We are looking for someone who:

- Demonstrates honesty, integrity and transparency in all aspects of their work
- Has a current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Holds, or can obtain, a National Police Clearance
- Has at least two years' administration experience
- Has strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
- Experience within the construction or civil construction industries will be highly regarded
Employment Details
Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: Wattleup, WA 6166 – South of the River
Pay: $32 – $38 per hour, depending on experience
