About the Role: The Adult Community Mental Health Services provides services for the Community through intake, recovery, supported and therapeutic accommodation, therapy, older persons, neuropsychology, assertive community outreach, homeless outreach and intensive home treatment. The team is seeking a customer service focused individual to join the team on a temporary basis. We are looking for someone with an understanding of mental health, is supportive and works well within a team. In this role you will perform a range of administrative tasks, including greeting and interacting with patients entering the service by phone or face to face, entering or updating data and client records, processing receipts and monetary transactions, and performing any secretariat tasks as required.
